Join Harlan Holmes each Tuesday morning at 5:30 AM! at WKU’s Charles M. Ruter Track, 1640 Forrest Drive, to start your Tuesday off right with a few laps around the track. Harlan will be there with training advice and encouragement to help you with your running goals.
